Shipping + Returns
 

Made-to-order and finish-to-order items are typically shipped within 1-2 weeks dependent upon circumstances. Ready to ship pieces will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Items are shipped through USPS priority or first class mail. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when packages are shipped off.

We do not accept any refunds or returns--unless the item is damaged during shipping which then I will do my best to fix the item. However, I do reserve the right to refuse a return/refund for any reason. All items are handmade so there will be "imperfections." Shipping costs are paid by the customer and paid directly to USPS so no shipping charges will be returned.

There are no refunds/returns for custom items.

The buyer assumes all risk upon received tracking information and USPS intake scan. You may upgrade USPS shipping or insurance, by emailing us at info@silverandsaltdesigns.com. In the event that a package is lost or stolen you can file a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
